Our comprehensive package of offerings includes all aspects of Design and Build. We also provide Planning Supervisors under the CDM Regulations and offer expert advice on all Health & Safety Matters.

We use alternative methods of construction based on the clients’ requirements. This includes reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, masonry and timber. Most of our new build residential development projects have been for blocks of flats and houses.
We provide a complete structural design package, including detailed drawings and calculations. We provide different structural forms and include traditional load bearing walls with timber or precast concrete floors, steel frames and timber frame construction
We have resolved many Insurance claims and complex technical matters on behalf of our clients.

“Dr Shahab Samad founded SS Consulting Engineers Ltd in 2018. He is PhD in Structural Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects which includes offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, warehouses, basements, high rise buildings, airport hangers and healthcare. He has an experience of working in Project value ranges from £50K to £20 million. He has broad knowledge and experience in structural design, analysis and project management of Reinforced concrete, steel, composite, timber and masonry loaded structures. He and his team are well experienced, organised and can complete the projects as per the client’s requirement within the agreed budget and time.”
